It is still a work in progress. I am not certain if you've heard of a little place called the Iceberg Lounge. It was an imPort run business that seems to be on the market for a new owner. I have my sights set upon that, and I do believe it would make an excellent facility for this office of yours.

[ Well. Unfortunately for Petyr, the Iceberg fell into other hands when the person who owned it ported out. Fortunately for Petyr, he would not let this deter him and totally plans on building something similar right next door to compete and even steal away business entirely. That is how he operates. ]

I would not expect anything less from a brilliant and cautious young man such as yourself. I have not secured the location just yet, but even if I do not choose to pursue it -- there is no harm in checking it out. I will own something nearly identical, whether it's that or something else.
